if not stated otherwise, my patches are published under the LGPL, version 2.1:
www.gnu.org/licenses/old-licenses/lgpl-2.1.txt
any included patterns and sounds which could be seen as musical compositions (for example the
groovebox patterns or the chaosmonster-presets etc.) are published under the same license as
most of my other music: creative commons, attribution share alike.
simple synth-presets are completely free (cc0).
and every sound/music you make yourself with my patches is of course completely your own.
i am quite sure that this text ist not a legally unobjectionable way to put the desired license on my stuff, but i am way too lazy to include the proper license-texts etc. in every file i have made. so you have to trust me, that i really mean what i have written here ;). or, if you need a 100 percent watertight lgpl license, or some proprietary exclusion for example for including derivative work in a big commercial project or something like that, you can contact me and ask me to modify the respective patches with the necessary texts.
